Vocational Training

Candle Unit in the Vocational Training Centre , was inaugurated on 17.06.2010 by the President H.G Yuhanon Mar Policarpos Metrapolitan. Vocational Training is an addition to our service. Six senior students are given training in making wax candles. There are 8 DYES for making candles.Wax is purchased and stocked. The Vocational Training Unit is set up with the kind support of
a) YMCA Abudhabi and to Prof. E.M Poulose who introduced the project to the Y.M.C.A Abudhabi
b) S.B.T Kothamangalam

Ball Therapy and Physio Therapy

Ball Therapy unit was inaugurated on 14th may 2013. Ball Therapy unit is an addition to our service this year.

We have a well equipped Physiotherapy unit. This unit is equipped with Y.M.C.A Abudhabi. Physiotherapy is a very useful service for the physically challenged children. Full time service of a Qualified Physiotherapist is available in the school.

Speech Therapy and Development Therapy

Speech Therapy and Development Therapy are new units inaugurated on 19th June 2014 . Ms.Thajnisa Majeed with qualifications and experience from Medical College Trivandrum leads Speech Therapy and Development therapy units.

P.T.A 2013-2014

The P.T.A. General body met 4 times in the report Year. The Committee meets every month. We have one active P.T.A. President Mr. A.R. Poulose. Committee members: Sherly Sivan (Secretary), Baby Mathew, Mathew George, Tomy Marthew, Molly Jacob, Sobhana Rajan.The Staff Members and P.T.A. Members attended the Special Schools Mahasangamam at Thiruvananthapuram on the first of March 2013.
